We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned with original packaging and tags

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)

Once your return is approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit


Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other reasons, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
